Is It Safe To Use Candiderm Cream For Red Spots On Face?

Hi,I have got some kind of red spots on my face for a months now!3different places and they are red and their not acne I believe.they disappeared and came back at the same area!when it disappears it lives the area black but I think it s due to acne lotion I tried to apply on.Can I try to apply Candiderm?Thanks for your help.
