Brief Answer:
You may use Loparet .
You should modify your diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM.
Even though Oparet is better to be avoided during breastfeeding, it is unlikely to affect the infant. As your diarrhea has lasted for 4 days now, you may 4 mg orally, then 2 mg after each loose stool, not to exceed 16 mg in any 24-hour period. Otherwise you could become seriously dehydrated and you'll need to be hospitalized and given intravenous fluids.
Meanwhile, is really important to modify your diet because it is the easiest and most natural way to treat diarrhea while breast-feeding. You should take: bananas( will replace the potassium lost with feces), rice (white), applesauce, toast, tea, and yogurt which is rich in probiotics (helps normalize the intestinal normal flora).
Make sure you drink lots of liquids (2-3 liters per day), and try to avoid natural diuretics like alcohol and caffeine, including coffee, chocolate, some sodas, and certain teas.
In case of :
- extension of diarrhea does over 48 hours,
- development of signs of dehydration (e.g., extreme thirst, decreased urination, muscle cramps, weakness, fainting),
- development of blood in the stool, fever, or an uncomfortable fullness/swelling of the abdomen,
you should see a gastroenterologist.

Hope this is helpful.
