Is It Safe To Use Wild Yam Capsules, Flax Seeds For Breast Enlargement? Will Any Supplements Help In Increasing Breast Size?

Hi, I read about the use of Wild yam capsules, flax seeds and fenugreek for breast enlargement. Could their use have any side effects, Kindly suggest. Could I include any other supplements, diet, exercise, creme for external application for breast enlargement. I know that I should be happy with my natural size but i would like to try some easy diet/application option to have a little fuller breasts.

Hello,
Very frankly speaking there is no US FDA proved medicine which can augment the size of the breast.
All these natural supplements,you have mentioned are being given for breast enlargement but their role is doubtful.However they are free of any side effects.
In fact one should be happy with her natural size,as you mentioned but,if you are really very keen to have bigger breasts,then breast implants are the only answer.
You can consult a plastic surgeon for that.
