Is It Serious For My Baby Boy To Suffer From Stomach Pain?

My 2 years baby boy is suffering with stomach pain since one week...we have under gone urine test...in that we found pus cells 4-6hpf and epithelial cells 2-3... is it serious case?can u plz suggest me the treatment and diet to be given for him inorder to prevent this type of case in future....

children do sometimes complain of tummy aches which are transient. how is his appetite, when does he get the pain, is it continous or only after eating food? did you change his diet recently? or did you give some new food which he had not taken before? his urine is normal. if the pain does not subside then he neeeds further tests
