Is It Serious If An Injury On Forehead Has Led To An Abrasion That Gives Severe Headaches?

I m a 46 yr old healthy female.About 7 hrs ago I tripped @ work & hit my lower leg rather hard throwing me forward. I put my hands out to break my fall however I still landed on my forehead. I have a small abrasion & lump on my forehead, a slight headache, pupils react to light. Is it necessary to see a doctor?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had a fall, and landed on fore head, with guarded hands. You had small abrasions, and lump on fore head.
you may not have any symptoms of head injury, but you should use medicine for the injury on the fore head. Other wise there is a possibility of the infection.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery .
