Is It Sufficient To Take Otrivin Nasal Drops For Cold And Blocked Nose?

Dear Doctor,
I have been suffering from cold since three weeks and blocking of nose is the main problem for me.A week back i have consulted one doctor and he prescribed me to use TUS Q tablets ,but there is no signs of relief.And now i'm using Otrivin nasal drops for temporary relief.So,please provide the solution for my problem.

Hi. Using Otrivin is alright, continue if it is helping you.
3 weeks is a biy long time; if there is no permanent relief , better to consult an ENT Surgeon who can examine you to see if here is a reason for the blockage and would advise you further tests if he thinks so to get the further diagnosis and management.
