Is It Time For Another Hike-up If I Have Difficulty In Not Wetting Myself?

The lab has great difficulty when trying to draw blood from me... they say that I am dehydrated. I drink lots and lots of water, all day long......but, I also urinate at least 17 times a day (my bladder was hiked-up about 27 years ago); I have difficulty in not wetting myself.......is it time for another hike-up ?

Hi,

Welcome to healthcare Magic!

Your frequency of urination is too high. You should get re-examined by a urologist for this purpose.

The dehydrated state wll not get corrected by Bladder surgery baecause bladder only stores urine and is not related to urine formation.

You may be having uncontrolled blood sugar or some other hormonal problem as a cause for excess urine formation and dehydration.

You should also review to a local physician regarding this.

I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.

Take Care!
