Is It To Be Concerned About Child Having Stomach Pain After A Fall?

My six year old fell while after running to jump up and grab the trapeze bar on our play set. She has been saying her abdomen hurts for the last two hours. She are fine, her back pain resolved, but she still says the middle of her belly and middle lower abdomen hurts. Is this something to worry about?

Hi...it could be a blunt trauma to the abdomen. Unless a physician examines physically and reassures or an Ultrasound abdomen is done, it is difficult to prognosticate at his juncture. I suggest you take her to the nearest emergency room and get things sorted out.
