Is It To Be Concerned About The Head Being Hit And Causing Dizziness?

I am a 16 year old girl and my friend had accidently elbowed me in the front of my head around 3:30pm today and I was slightly dizzy for a little then I was fine. I had no head pain untill about 10:30 with slight presure on my temples and the pressure has not left since then it is 2:02am now ? Concern?

It sounds like nothing worrisome but since I can't examine you I have to suggest you see a doctor for an exam
