I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
There is no difference between the medications that you have stated. They are all the same except for the manufacturer is different. The color wont make any difference.
Its not advisable to give halidol shots with that of prolixin as they may increase the chances of patient developing extra pyramidal side-effects. Its better to avoid such combinations and better to wait until the benefits are apparent.
