Is Itching On The Skin Of My Knees And Thighs Related To PMS?
I have extremely itchy skin on my knees and thighs, no visible rash, and I ve been using lotion, so my skin is hydrated. I m premenustral and expecting my period in about 3 days. Is this itch due to PMS? I haven t used any new products, and the rest of my body isn t itiching. Any suggestions?
It is unlikely to be due to PMS. As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
