Is Kidney Pain Caused Due To A UTI?
Hi welcome to HCM... You are having acute urinary tract infection according to report .... For that you are given cephalosporin group of drug which is very useful in UTI ... USG is not suggestive of pyelinephritis or stone or cystitis so no need for much worry... Meanwhile take more fruit juice. . Lots of water taken ... Avoid excess spicy foods .... Potassium citrate like urine alkalinizer can be taken.... Cranberry juice taken more ... Take care If no improvement than urine culture and sensitivity done ........
