Hi, I make urine examination and I found pus cells 20-25/ hpf and epi cells 3-4/hpf and bacteria (few) the doctor said it s infection.. And we make scanning for stone and it was clear no stone in the kidney, I was feeling great pain in my right side in that time, he gives me painkillers, now after two days still have the pain but not the same like before. He gives me that medic ( Alka - ur) (cefrax 400) and panadol.
