I m confused about Omega 3 supplements. Some resources say not to use krill oil, some say don t use any OTC supplements only the prescription strength and only if Triglycerides are 500. I have hypertension, elevated cholesterol [total chol, LDL and low HDL], obese and family hx of stroke. Kim
