Is Laser Treatment Effective For Lichen Planus Pigmentosa?

Suffering from dark spots as result of lichen planus pigmentosa for one year now. LPP not active due to phototherapy. What can do be done to lighten the spots significantly with laser treatment ? It s expensive but if effective need to know what kind of laser and tropical ointment needed.

In lichen planus pigmentosa laser can remove the pigmentosa and corrective cosmetic plastic surgery Can remove the scars.hipotency steroids , retinoids&puva are drugs to be applied locally.
