Is Leaving The Dead Testicle In The Scrotum Without Surgery Safe?

My left testicle got detached from from the spermatic cord. There is no blood flow to the testicle and my urologist said that the testicle is dead and there is no need for surgery and the testicle will shrink and calisfiy. is it safe to leave the dead testicle in my scortum?

There is no risk if you let a dead testicle in scrotum. It will shrink and calcify staying in place.
