Thanks for contacting with your health concern.

1. numbness alone rarely qualifies for a heart attack, often chest pain, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, palpitations are major signs of a heart stroke.

2. If you think the symptoms are associated with the Cardiovascular system have an appointment with a Cardiologist who along with necessary examination and investigation will make sure whether these symptoms are related to heart/chest wall or there is/are presence of underlying risk factors like:
- high blood pressure
- diabetes
- overweight
- high cholesterol

3. If after examination everything appears normal, and pain is not related to heart, one can give painkillers, local fomentation/liniments, tranquilizers, and antibiotics [if required], however, if relief is not seen, ask for X-ray chest, EKG and refer to a physician/Cardiologist
