Is Leukoplakia Likely To Turn To Cancer?

hi. i have had leukoplakia and lso i have gone through 1 years of medication and cured....but after almost 4/5 months now i see its back on the same spot. i went to visit dic and taking multi vit tabs. its scary now. is it totaly cureble or it can turn to cancer?

Leukoplakia is potentially malignant lesion.
All inciting factors have to be stopped like tobacco etc.
To me only real cure is by surgical removal.
