Hello,I am taking cardizem for afib. Prior I was taking 120 mg. PRN. But from last three months, I am taking 120 mg.tablet everyday. I am experiencing light headed ness ( sort of dizzy when looking up or sudden looking/or while sleeping turning sudden on left side ) . Can this be a side effect of my medication ?
Common side effects of cardizem are: 1. dizziness and lightheadedness 2. Feeling tired and weak 3. You might feel warm, tingling, numbness etc. 4. Stomach upset and nausea In order to get benefited from the medicine, your doctor would have slowly Increased the dosage. If your symptoms are troublesome, contact your doctor to reduce the dosage.
HHope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
