Is Lipotrim Diet Advisable For Weight Loss While Having Thyroid Disorder?

Hi, I am currently on clexane for ivf, the ivf was unsuccessful so I need to wait for my next cycle, the clinic told me to continue with clexane. I am slightly overweight due to an under active thyroid, which is now being treated with eltroxin. I really want to shift the extra pounds before my next cycle, healthy eating and exercise is really not doing this for me at the moment, I was going to start the lipotrim diet, would this be ok to do with the current meds that I m on?? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, what ever you are doing for reducing is best but along with this it is better to reduce the calorie in diet and do some exercise away from the stress, hope this information helps.
