63 years old, 220 lbs, fairly healthy. Is the hgc diet ok for six weeks? Two sisters, their husbands, one of their daughters, and my nephew have all done it and they all look great. I am tempted to try it, but am afraid. What do doctors think of it?
Hi ,hope you are fine. HCG diet should be follow under medical supervision. Please google it has many side effects. And I don't understand why you want to go for this particular diet.It is not just that it suited all your family member, it will suit you. You need consider all points before following HCG diet. I can only suggest you this diet has not long term effect if you think that they all look great after followed this diet, you can go for it only under medical supervision. My point of view is negative for this particular diet. If you want to achieve healthy weight which would be long term you need to go for healthy way. After having diet ,if you gain weight and having side effects then it will not worth for your body.My concern is to follow healthy lifestyle, healthy diet and do exercise regularly. Consult dietitian. She will guide you in right way.
