Is Long Term Usage Of Melacare Advisable To Improve The Skin Tone?

Hi sir ,Someone suggested me for melacare bt after some studies I know abt it that it is not safe for long time period .. Sir I just want to improve my face fairness I have dark skin n oily skin.... Plz suggest a long time period using fairness cream....Thank u

Hello,

Mealcare is a combination medication & it cannot be used for a long period. It is used commonly to treat dark discolored patches. It is not a fairness cream.

Ointments like Betnovate C can also be used at bedtime to lighten the dark patches. However, it is a steroid & should not be used for a long period. You will have to stop applying it once the patches are gone.

You are suggested to visit a dermatologist if you are interested in skin fairness. Skin whitening treatment can be done by which the melanin is reduced to give skin a whiter complexion.

It includes laser treatment & chemical peels, it does have side effects which will be explained. Post-treatment guidelines will also be given.
