Is Long Term Usage Of Tonact Along With Evion And Golbi Advisable?

iam using golbi 300 and evion 400 for last 2 years. one each daily. I was detected as fatty liver and high cholostrol and triglycerides. Tam using Tonact TG as well. Iam doing work out and reduced almost ten kilos. Is it advisable to use these medicines for long time.

Yes, these medications can be taken safely under careful monitoring. There is no documented harmful interactions between Evion and/or Golbi with Tonac TG. However, long term use of cholesterol and triglycerides lowering medication Tonac TG can cause myopathy (muscle pain, tenderness, weakness) or a serious condition rhabdomyolysis due to breakdown of skeletal muscle tissue. Rhabdomyolysis can cause kidney damage and even death. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications. You should inform your doctor immediately if you have unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness while taking these medications, especially if these symptoms are accompanied by fever or dark colored urine.
