Is Long Term Use Of Althea Advisable?
I have been using althea for quite long already. I stopped for a month now, my mens stopped also and am having pimple breakout. Am using althe to regulate my mens and cure my pimples. Is it still safe to continue using the pills as prescribed by my OB?

Long-term intake is not advisable. They may aggravate cholestasis, venous thrombosis, fluid retention, and Dublin Johnson syndrome. Still many side effects. So please take an advice from your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
