Is Loss Of Bladder Control Normal When Recovering From Anesthesia Effects?

I had a caudal block steriod injection done yesterday and had trouble coming out of anesthesia, when I came around, the head of my bed was down low and the foot of the bed elevated. They had pushed 1 1/2 liters of fluid thru me and my vitals were bp 88/55, pulse 54 and respiration 8. When I stood up, I could not hold my bladder and fluid just gushed all over the floor. I had no control. Should I be concerned?
