Hello,
Lotepred is a steroid used in the treatment of inflammation.
As you have mentioned in the history it seems that you have underwent squint surgery, a month back and you are having mild inflammation for which you are on treatment with Lotepred eye drops.

Lotepred is a mild steroid and it is sufficient for mild inflammation. If the inflammation wont respond or increases you may require more potent steroids like dexamethasone or prednisolne.

Thank you
