Is Loud Snoring A Sign Of Having Sleep Apnea?

I strongly believe I have sleep apnea because I score loudly and obstructively during the night. My daughter s recorded my snores and they sound like gasps intermittently. I feel tired during the day and don t feel treated when I wake. What are my options? I don t necessarily want a sleep study cuz they are expensive though...

Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern and will try to give you my medical advice, reading your symptoms specific that you feel tired during the day made me think that you have compromised the blood supply to important organs ( the blood transport the oxygen to every cell ) when you have an irregular breath your organs don't have a full functions, I think an slepp study will be very important for a right diagnosis.
