Is Low BP The Reason For Vision Going Black For Few Seconds Especially When I Do Exercise?

Hi I had basketball practice today and during the drills and running i got light-headed and my vision became darker. (not completely black, more like many black dots) It was noticeable for me, but I kept going and tried to finish up the drill. When i got my physical my blood pressure was just a little bit low. Is low B.P all that is wrong? And when I get up from fast, or quick, my vision goes black 99% of the time. I researched that and I found that it happens to many others. Does that have only to do with low blood pressure?

Hi...yes it is due to low bp only...during exercise the blood supply to muscles increses leading to decreased supply to brain causing black outs...this is not seen in normal bp...so see a physician... increase your salt and water intake...
