Is Low Menstrual Flow,cramps And Headache Sign Pregnancy?

Hi I m 17 years old and me and my boyfriend have been having sex with no condoms I got my period this month but the first day it was very light to were I didn t have to wear a pad but the next day it was normal it stayed normal for 3 days but then it got light again then stopped completely and cam back the next day normal I m now off my period but I m having cramps headaches back pains I m extra hungry all the time and also very tired even after I sleep I m also very moody and nauseous could I be pregnant or is there something else wrong with me?

low menstrual flow , cramps & headache could be a symptom of pregnancy but they can happen in other situations also

in ur case history of not using condoms increase the chances of pregnancy but as you told ur periods started with spotting but then came normal for 3 days
here most important question would be Did ur periods came at expected time or were they delayed

if ur periods came delayed this time I would advise to go for a home urine pregnancy test even if u had normal flow for 3 days

if ur periods were not delayed by even 1 day nothing much to be worried
