Hi,
Just by symptoms like delayed periods, nausea,
abdominal bloating, headache etc., we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy as these types of symptoms can be seen in premenstrual phase also. But if you are not using any
contraception, the possibility of pregnancy cannot be completely excluded.
You can go for
blood test for pregnancy, which can give more accurate results computed with a urine test. If the beta HCG levels are less than 5 mIU/mL, the possibility of pregnancy is less and you may get periods soon.
By clinical examination, ultrasound and blood tests like
hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, thyroid profile, etc, the possible cause of
irregular periods can be identified and treatment can be taken.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
