Hi,
It seems that due to fever there is more perspiration and having less intake of milk and liquid might have produced some dehydration leading to not passing urine as usual.
Nothing to worry, give enough water and milk and liquid.
Withing 1-2 hours she will pass urine.
Ok and take care.
