Dear sir i can understand your concern. i am very sorry for your condition in my opinion vitamin b12 is a very important vit for structural integrity of nervous system. usually in most patients diabetic neuropathy starts in lower limbs with symptoms of numbness and burning in feet. so your symptoms mostly looks like b12 deficency but its very difficult to tell with the data you provided. kindly let me know your age, duration of diabetes, medication you are on and any other medical conditions you are suffering right now i am ready for further discussion Regards Dr vamsi Diabetologist Apollo hospitals
