Hello Dr, I have been in a lot of pain for the past 4 years (lower back, heels, hands, and now digestive issues). One dr told me it was ankylosing spondylitis and now I am told that it might be a colon issue (extremely low iron). I don t know what to think. Please advise...
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion it is both the condition might be playing role here in your case, although you have not mentioned what type issue of digestive system you have, even not mentioned the symptoms, here infection is common condition and it need to be ruled out, for the spinal disease better to get done the MRI hope this information helps.
