Is Lump On Innner Thigh Around The Area Of A Wound In A Child A Cause For Concern?
Hi, I have a question related to my eight year old girl. She hurt herself while playing and got a small wound on her inner thigh, Wound was bleeding but it did not seem deep - as she already had tetanus shot we just cleaned it, sprayed some sanitizing thing from the drugstore and applied some antibiotics ointment over it. It is healing great - there is nothing red, it is dry, it closed with a scab over it (part of the scab even fell of). The thing is that she has a lump beside it. It was 10 days ago but the lump is still there.... Shell we take her to the doctor or this is some healing process?

sure you should attend your doctor ,lump may be enlarged lymph nodes or heamatoma due to trauma and get treated accordingly.
