Is Lunotriquetral Ligament Repair Advisable For Chronic Pain In The Wrist?
hi doctor I have lunotriquetal ligament tear in my right wrist the pain is less but when I am tired my pain is high then I cannot get good slepp sometime should l continue to nurse my wrist because five years now since I had torn ligament the doctor I went did not want to repair my ligament as it was too small they told me to do physiotherapy I did get some relief temporarily, and my wrist neat the ulna bone and surrounding keep making noise and cracking sound when I turn my forearm maybe I have a TFFC injury also but my mri did find only liquid coming out of my lunotriquetal can tfcc also be damage because I have diffuse pain wrist and forearm I did fell on my wrist in a torque position, there was no fracture because I done x ray for my ulna but I did break a small bone in my elbow I think which the doctor did plater my wrist .

After 5 years this pain should end bit if it's still there then get workup done. I would recommend you to continue physiotherapy. and try taking over the counter painkillers like paracetamol.
