What is the effect of masturbation on health?
i m very worried about my unendin habit of handjob..........i could not control this............after every masterbuate i thought i wil not do it again........but i do it again and again how can stop it ?........... what is the side affect on it...

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Masturbation is normal sexual behavior and just like sex but without physical involvement of partner. Following are disadvantage of excessive masturbation:

1. Drowsiness
2. Weakness: due to loss of protein and calcium
3. Back pain, pelvic pain
4. Testicular pain
5. Rare: penile fracture
6. May be decreased sperm count
7. Psychological side effect

But all these side effects will not occur in all cases. Advantage of moderate masturbation:

1. Reduce depression
2. Releasing of endorphin: good for prostate, decreased prostate cancer
3. Meet your sexual desire and prevent night fall

You should do moderate masturbation 3-5/week. So do not worry and do moderate masturbation regularly. Eat high protein diet with fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water and do regualr exercise.
