Hello,

Meclizin can be used during pregnancy, there is no evidence shown that this medication can be harmful during pregnancy until now. But is better to use remedies. For nausea and vomiting I suggest to eat small portions, crackers, avoid strong parfums, do not drink water during meals and rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
