Is Medical Attention Required For Declining Cognitive Abilities?

I am a 30-year-old woman, and I have terrible word retrieval. It continues to worsen and has been declining for at least a few years. I know this could be related to aging, but aren t I too young for this? I often have difficulty expressing myself because of this problem, to the point that I ve avoided doing things I enjoy or would benefit from because I worry I won t be able to speak articulately. I ve been concerned about my declining cognitive abilities, more generally as well, for years. Should I be worried and/or seek medical attention? What can I do to improve cognitive function, particularly word retrieval?
