Is Medication Available To Avoid Sleeping During Examination Time?
Hii Im an student i don t want to sleep because when I start studying I started doing yawing every time I 5 - 5 min for doing best in exams I need an anti sleeping pill by which I can t sleep at least for 2 to 4 hours please guide me and it should not affect to my health and to my brain please help me out my sleep is very nice I take lot of sleep I need it only for exams days
Hi, Its not healthy for you to miss your sleep during your exam times as it can cause decrease in memory and concentration in your exams. Try to have a disciplined life so that you can prepare well advanced for your exam and during your exams you can revise easily and have a good sleep. As such there are no drugs for you to use to keep you awake at night and the available drugs are with a lot of side effects and doctors wont use them. You can try taking caffeinated drinks like tea ,coffee to have a better concentration at night. Use your time judiciously so that you can keep up your health and score a better result in your exams.
