Is Metabolic Acidosis Possible While On Adderall And Acetaminophen?

I ve been having episodes of gasping for air and feeling light headed I ve had this before and they lead to panic attacks but the physical symptoms are happening again. I take adderall and I also taking acetaminophen regularly for chronic back pain. Could I possibly have metabolic acidosis?

i can understand your concern. can you let us know the reason for your doctor to prescribe aderall. this is usually advised in adhd patients.

Feeling light headed is a common side effect of adderall. aderrall can also lead to increased blood pressure which can also make you feel dizzy. few episodes of gasping and feeling headed doesnt point to an medical emergency like metabolic acidosis.
this is probably due to the side effect of adderall.
get an ecg, blood pressure checked and a physical examination with your doctor. this will help us in pinpointing the issue.
