You have degenerative disease of spine in the form of disc prolapse. It is due to weakness in annulus fibrosis. Weak annulus fibrosis allows intervertebral disc for prolapse. Treatment includes physiotherapy or surgical. Effectiveness of both modalities are same. So,physiotherpay should be tried first. It causes strengthening of Para spinal muscles and it prevents further prolapse. Surgery should be the last option. Also you shouldn't lift heavy objects and avoid abrupt forward bending. Get well soon.
