Back from February Kilimanjaro climbing trip. Turned back at 16,000 with symptoms of pulmonary edema - shortness of breath & night coughing. Finger blood oxygen measure hit nadir of 55. Now have sense of mild chest discomfort. My imagination? If real, implications?
