Is Mild Dosage Of Melatonin Advisable For An Infant?
My son is 15 months old and has been having trouble sleeping the past few weeks. I ve tried just about everything. He s usually a good sleeper so I ve been looking for something to help him since I haven t had much sleep due to it either. I found 1mg melatonin. The box says 3 years and up. I ve used melatonin before and I know it s natural but wanted to know if it s safe to give him to help him sleep.

I will suggest you give him syrup phernegan that has a sedative property
