Is Mild Thinning Of Kidneys As Shown In Ultrasound A Cause For Concern?

Hi, I got an Ultrasound yesterday, and it stated that I have mild thinning of my kidneys, I can t get to see my GP till tomorrow, I am a bit worried, because I don t want to end up on Diallysis, what does this mean and is it life threatening can go ona special diet to help repair the thinning.

you have not specified the thinning is of kidney wall or cortex or any other part. give detail and clear report of ultrasound. it is to be correlated with other symptoms
