Is Mild Tricuspid Regurgitation And Pulmonary Hypertension A Cause For Concern?

Hi my mother recently is diagnosed with a abnormal ECG that reads: Atrial Fibrillation V rate: 64-103 Irregular atrial activity Right bundle branch block qrsd 135, qt 396, qtc 465 p nill, qrs 30, t 18. Later a echocardiogram was done. It reveals Mild tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary hypertension. Should we worry?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, first thing condition need to be kept under observation and it is highly advisable to get done the coronary angiography, along with this it may need halter monitor too, so better to see cardiologist and discuss this hope this information helps.
