Hi I would like to take milk thistle for liver/gallbladder health and I read it mimics estrogen. I had pre-cancer cells removed from my L breast and was told never to take hormones or natural supplements that mimic hormones/estrogen. I also read that milk thistle from the seed does not mimic estrogen just the milk thistle plant does, giving the impression I could take it, if I bought a supplement made from the seeds. What is your opinion? Thank You Beth
