I was diagnosed with having molloscum contagium on my penis and four spots on my upper thigh close to my genital area. I have tested negative for HIV as recently as a day ago but I'm nervous because I read online that molloscum contagium is indicative of a suppressed immune system. Does the presence of these warts mean that I might still have HIV?
Molluscum is higher in immunosuppresed patients. But its not like that every person having molluscum is due to hiv. You have negative hiv test v then dont worry. Molluscum may occur without having hiv. So dont worry. Take treatment you will be ok.
