Is Mood Swing And Stomach Pain Sign Of Pregnancy?
I had a really short period, about 2 days long. I have had diarrhea for about a week. Very moody. Headaches. My stomach is hard at the top under ribs to belly button and sometimes i feel something move around in my stomach. But i took pregnancy test and it said not pregnant?!?

While the symptoms you mentioned does happen in pregnancy, they do not point towards pregnancy per se.They more likely point towards gastro enteritis.However, you were very right to get a pregnancy test done. Pregnancy must be ruled out.
Please note that Serum Beta HCG is the blood test that is more reliable in detecting pregnancy. A value more than 25 is diagnostic of pregnancy while value less than 5 rules it out.
