Is it just teething there have been two teeth threatening to pop up or an infection that needs a trip to hospital/GP

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its quite common for children to be down with fever.
There is no cause for concern if the baby is accepting feeds well, normal respiration and passing urine normally.
It should settle down , as its viral infection which are self limiting.
Take Care

Best Regards
