subtle accentuation of the bronchovascular ,markings at the bases associated with moderate relative attenuation of upper lobe vascukality reflecting a background of mild mixed COPD there is no focal abnormality or radiographic signs of active pulmonary disease. The pleural contours are intact there is no effusion no hilar adenopathy, or mediatinial mass Is this serious or life threatening or only beginning of something I could control
