Is My Follicle Study Report Normal?

Hello mam /Sir, my right ovary follicle is 17.1*14 mm and endometrial thickness is 12.2 mm sub-e flow+E-floe and fluid in the POD is Nil. I am trying for last two months . it is my 3rd month when i am trying for pregnancy. My periods is regular. first month date is 18th march 2014, second mth is 18th april , may month is 21st . Before that my periods were regular, period were come 2-3days before date. Please let me knoe is my report good? or when can i pregnant?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is normal at this stage.There are single dominant follicle in right ovary and probably it will take part in ovulation and fertilization.You should complete your follicular study.It is done on alternate days till ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.

Ovulation will be indicated by presence of fluid in POD and non visualization of dominant follicle.

You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
